Accounting Administrative Assistant

The Accounting Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Accounting department. This position involves a diverse range of administrative tasks that support effective accountin​g processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.



RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Assist with processing invoices, tracking payments, and performing reconciliations
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for invoice verification and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate financial transaction records, including filing receipts, invoices, and related documents
  • Assist in creating financial reports, including expense summaries and budget tracking
  • Monitor and check cash/check requests, reimbursements, and liquidations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management



QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
